The acquisition expands PDG’s footprint in Singapore, aside from enhancing its SG+ strategy of data centre campuses across Singapore, Batam and Johor. The transaction adds to PDG’s portfolio of more than 20 data centres and 1 Gigawatt capacity.
“The acquisition of Yahoo’s SG3 data centre is another illustration of PDG’s three-pronged investment strategy of greenfield development, carve-outs and acquisition," says PDG chairman, CEO and co-founder Rangu Salgame.
