Thomson Medical Group has announced the launch and pricing of $25 million worth of 4.65% notes due 2029, as part of its $1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme established in 2018. 

The Series 005 Tranche 002 notes are to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing $160 million aggregate principal amount of 4.65% notes due 2029. 

The notes will be listed on the SGX-ST on Mar 6.

Shares in Thomson Medical Group closed 0.1 cent lower or 2.273% down at 4.3 cents on Mar 5.
