Fraser and Neave (F&N) has issued $125 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.6% notes due 2033 as part of its $2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The Series 19 Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by F&N, and UOB is the dealer for the Series 19 Notes.

The notes have received approval in-principle from the SGX-ST and are expected to be listed on Jan 21.

Shares in F&N closed 1 cent higher or 0.662% up at $1.52 on Jan 20.
