Both property tycoon Koh Wee Meng and Tuan Sing Holdings’ CEO, William Liem, recently entered into a married trade and settlement of the trade took place on June 30.

According to the SGX filing dated July 1, Koh sold 65.83 million shares in Tuan Sing to Greenpark Investment Pte Ltd, which Liem is deemed interested in the shares owned by the investment vehicle. The shares represent around 5.19% of the total issued shares in the company.

The married trade was done at 32.5 cents per share and this translates to a total consideration of nearly $21.4 million.

Post completion of the trade on June 30, Koh ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Tuan Sing.

Shares of Tuan Sing closed 0.5 cents lower, or 1.61% down at 30.5 cents on July 1.
