Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation (VTAC) will change its trading name for its shares and warrants to 17LIVE. The name change will take effect at 9am on Dec 8.

The move comes after the company’s special resolution at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Dec 1 were passed.

From Dec 8 onwards, shares in VTAC, now trading under “Vertex SPAC” will be trading under “17LIVE”, with the same trading code of VT1. VTAC’s warrants, which are currently trading under “Vertex SPAC W291231”, will be known as “17LIVE W281207” with the same trading code of VT2W.

As at 11.10am, shares in Vertex SPACare trading flat at $4.79.
