The manager of Keppel REIT has issued $300 million 3.78% subordinated perpetual securities under its $2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The securities are named the Series 009 Securities and are expected to be admitted to the official list of the SGX-ST from Aug 12, 9am.
Units in Keppel REIT closed flat at 95 cents on Aug 11.
