AIMS APAC REIT (AAREIT) has issued $150 million 4.10% subordinated perpetual securities under its $750 million multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The perpetual securities are known as Series 005 Perpetual Securities, with DBS, OCBC and UOB as the joint lead managers and bookrunners for the issuance of the perpetual securities.
The perpetual securities are expected to be admitted on the official list of the SGX-ST on Jan 22, 9am.
Units in AIMS APAC REIT closed 1 cent lower or 0.649% down at $1.53 on Jan 21.
