According to the consortium, sales bookings will commence on Saturday, Jan 18.
Units are a mix of one-bedroom plus study to five-bedroom apartments. Prices range from $1.28 million ($2,476 psf) for a 517 sq ft one-bedroom plus study to $3.48 million ($2,395 psf) for a 1,453 sq ft five-bedroom with private lift.
