To mark the launch, Centurion unveiled its first Epiisod property in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Located near Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre and public transport, the property will increase PBSA bed supply and broaden student housing choices to the Macquarie Park and Sydney central business district (CBD) areas. The property, which will be included in Centurion's new REIT, is slated to be ready for students by Semester 1 in February 2026.
When completed, Epiisod Macquarie Park will have 732 rooms equipped with features such as keyless smart entry and smart home Internet of Things (IoT) systems. Students will also be able to enjoy facilities including a rooftop infinity pool, wellness centre with sauna, ice pool, housekeeping services, cafes, yoga facilities and other lifestyle offerings.
“Launching Epiisod in Sydney marks an important milestone for Centurion and represents our ongoing commitment to redefine student accommodation globally,” says David Loh, joint chairman and executive director of Centurion.
“The Epiisod brand augments our company’s thriving portfolio, currently comprising 37 accommodation assets across Asia, the UK and the US, and provides a premium experience that meets the highest standards of design and functionality, while fostering a sense of community to underscore a student’s tertiary education journey,” he adds.

According to CEO Kong Chee Min, Centurion's Dwell brand will continue; the company will manage both PBSA brands concurrently. While Epiisod's rooms will be priced at a premium, its rates remain competitive within its class, he adds.
Looking ahead, Centurion says it plans to develop more PBSA projects in Australia with plans to bring Epiisod to at least four more sites in Melbourne and Perth over the coming years.
