Serial Achieva has made new changes to its board with effect from Feb 1, including the redesignation of CEO Kenny Sim to vice chairman, and the appointment of Victoria Goh as CEO.
Sim will remain as the executive director of the company, while Goh will be redesignated from non-executive director to executive director of the company as required under the Catalist rule.
As such, the board of the company will be reconstituted as follows, comprising of Sean Goh, Kenny Sim, Victoria Goh, Tan Thiam Hee, Jason Su, Solomon Tan and Kay Pang.
Shares in Serial Achieva closed flat at 12.1 cents on Jan 19.
