Tech distributor Serial Achieva (SGX:XHV) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Achieva Cloud Services Sdn Bhd (ACSSB), entered into a co-location services agreement with a regional cloud services provider to provide data centre capacity and related facilities in Malaysia.
The contract value is estimated at RM17.8 million ($5.6 million) and spans across an initial term of three years commencing from October.

It reinforces our confidence in the growth potential of this business as we steadily strengthen our presence to capture long-term growth opportunities arising from the continued digitalisation of enterprises and increasing demand for data centre capacity, cloud services and AI-driven workloads in the region,” says Victoria Goh, CEO of Serial Achieva.
Shares of Serial Achieva closed flat at 12.4 cents on June 25.
