According to a Nov 20 bourse filing, Lefebvre’s new appointment comes on the back of recommendations and approval from Mermaid Maritime’s board.
Prior to his appointment, Lefebvre held the role of volunteer adviser for SEM 24 Perigord Energies from 2019 to 2022. He also currently holds the role of volunteer chairman of Juristic Person Condominium.
Shares in Mermaid Maritime closed 0.5 cents higher, or 3.88% up, at $13.4 cents on Nov 20.
