As the new managing director, Tibbott will oversee the completion of the new landmark in the CBD, "which is expected to set new benchmarks for the future of work through people-centric design, leading-edge technologies and sustainability". He will report directly to Lee Yeow Seng, group CEO of IOI Properties Group.
Tibbot has over two decades of experience in asset management, investment and development. Before he joined IOI Properties, he was head of Singapore and regional head of asset management at Chelsfield, where he managed the opening of Lazada One at Bras Basah.
He also previously held the position of senior vice president at Frasers Property , Bangkok, where he oversaw retail investment, asset management and development in Thailand.
