In its filing dated Dec 23, CLI said that Abdul will “bring invaluable insights” that will benefit the company the board. Furthermore, his credentials, background, knowledge and expertise will “provide and complement” the diversity of skill sets that are “relevant” to CLI. The group adds that Abdul’s perspectives will “contribute to the board’s deliberations”.
Shares in CLI closed 1 cent lower or 0.27% down at $3.66 on Dec 23.
