According to a filing on SGX, Boocock will oversee the building and growing of CLI’s private fund business in alternative assets including private credit and real estate infrastructure.
Boocock comes with some 20 years of experience in the private equity sector, as well as real estate infrastructure investment and operational know-how.

He last held the position of managing partner in infrastructure at Brookfield Asset Management Sydney, Australia.
Shares in CLI closed 1 cent higher or 0.3% up at $3.39 on Oct 22.
