The Bank of Singapore (BoS) has appointed Claude Andre Harbonn as its head of investment advisory. Harbonn will step into the newly-created role on Jan 5, 2026.

Harbonn, who is based in Singapore, will lead the bank’s global investment advisory teams and establish the strategic direction of BoS’s investment advisory function. He will report to the heads of private banking in Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai, which are the bank’s key hubs. All investment advisors across the three hubs will report to Harbonn, in addition to their local reporting lines.
