Engineering firm Ever Glory has on July 1 completed the acquisition of Guthrie Engineering (GESPL) for a total consideration of $46 million.

The company says that GESPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Tek Guthrie, an associated company of GESPL has become an associated company of Ever Glory.

GESPL is an established mechanical and electrical engineering firm in Singapore, with previous projects including Marina Bay Sands, Jewel Changi Airport, Thomson-East Coast MRT Line, The Star Vista, Sky Habitat and Funan CapitaLand Mall.

Shares in Ever Glory closed flat at 45.5 cents on July 1.
