Currently, Loh holds a 50% interest in Centurion Global and a deemed interest of 425,756,126 shares held by the group in Centurion Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centurion Global.
Additionally, Loh is also deemed to have an interest of 200,000 shares held by his spouse, Wong Wan Pei.
Shares in Centurion Corp closed flat at 74 cents on Sept 17.
