TOTM Technologies’ subsidiary awarded additional contract of automated biometric identification system licences

TOTM Technologies’ (SGX:42F) wholly-owned subsidiary, International Biometrics (InterBio) Indonesia, has been awarded with additional contract for the issuance of approximately 3.5 million automated biometric identification system (ABIS) licences.

The initial contract was first announced back on Jan 2, which worth approximately IDR79.1 billion ($6.08 million).

This latest contract has an aggregate contract value of approximately IDR 9.6 billion ($728,000), which forms part of the continuous national ID enrolment and biometric deduplication for the citizen of Indonesia.

“We remain committed to supporting the rollout of biometric identification systems across Indonesia, while executing our contractual obligations with discipline, accountability, and a strong focus on delivery,” says Pierre Prunier, executive director of TOTM Technologies.

Shares in TOTM closed 0.1 cent higher or 4.76% up at 2.2 cents on Feb 4.
