) (TOTM Tech) substantial shareholder, Khoo Thomas Clive, has increased his stake in the company via market transaction.
In the May 6 filing, Khoo acquired 3.9 million shares at 2.8 cents each. This translates to a total consideration of $109,200.
This latest transaction saw Khoo’s stake in TOTM Tech up from 19.77% to 20.03%.
Back on April 20, Khoo acquired 10 million shares at 2.761 cents each. This translates to a total consideration of $276,100.
Shares in TOTM Tech closed at 2.7 cents on May 6, down 3.57% for the day.
