Catalist-listed Sanli Environmental’s wholly-owned subsidiary has been awarded a project worth $281 million by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).

The project marks the largest single contract secured by the group to date, and was awarded to the subsidiary together with the Singapore branch of China Railway Electrification Engineering Group.

The LTA project is for the supply and installation of electrical services for Cross Island Line Phase 1 and Cross Island Line – Punggol Extension.

The addition of this new project brings the group’s total order book to $614.9 million.

Shares in Sanli Environmental closed 2.5 cents higher or 8.772% up at 31 cents on Oct 21.
