A subsidiary of ISDN Holdings has secured contracts for its automated AI and drone powered solution for HDB buildings worth $1 million.
The subsidiary, NovaPeak, uses its digital inspection and reporting platform LiveInspect.AI to analyse building defects to determine a range of wear, safety, compliance and performance factors.
The inspections are carried out onsite with drones, improving the consistency and accuracy of inspections, and reducing safety risks and costs.
The works include façade inspection for over 1,400 HDB residential blocks; and periodic façade inspection services for 50 HDB multi-storey carparks.
Since incorporation in 2022, NovaPeak has inspected over 900 buildings across Singapore, completing over 2,000 drone missions over 2 million square metres of building facades. It seeks to address a market of over 20,000 buildings in Singapore and over ten thousand in Southeast Asia.
Shares in ISDN closed 0.5 cents lower or 1.282% down at 38.5 cents on Jan 19.
