"Shareholders and any other investors should note that there is no certainty or assurance that any specific or definitive transaction will eventually materialise or be carried out as a result of such negotiations.
"If and when there are any material developments in this regard, the company will make an announcement at the appropriate time," says Serial Achieva.
On Feb 25, the company reduced its losses for its FY2025 to US$669,000 from US$5.97 million. Revenue increased by 22% to US$96.9 million
Serial Achieva was just listed in June 2024 after an RTO deal.
