Following the issuance of the new shares, the total number of issued shares in Nanofilm has increased to 660,424,110 shares from 658,351,110 shares, bringing founder and executive chairman Shi Xu’s stake in the company to 54.9% from 55%.
Shares in Nanofilm closed 2 cents higher or 0.4% up at $4.99 on Jan 7.
