Deloitte Singapore will move a “portion” of its staff to Orchard Point in September, as its lease for 150,000 sq ft of space across four floors at OUE Downtown expires in end-2026.
Deloitte will fully lease the co-working component of JustCo Place from Mainboard-listed co-working space operator JustCo, which announced the new location at 160 Orchard Road on July 10.
Speaking at a media briefing on July 7, executive chairman and CEO Kong Wan Sing said the co-working space can “accommodate about 1,000 to 1,200 workstations”, and the average lease is 15 months.
Deloitte is said to be moving into a new permanent location in the future. “This move is part of our ongoing workplace growth strategy and reflects our continued investment in creating workplace experiences that support how our people work, collaborate and serve clients,” says a Deloitte spokesperson to City & Country, side-stepping questions about its lease at OUE Downtown, its total staff count and rental sums at both locations.
The local outpost of the accounting giant had said in 2023 that it plans to add some 3,000 new hires here within five years, with 70% of its new hires taking on roles in consulting, risk advisory and financial advisory and assurance services.
Deloitte moved into OUE Downtown more than a decade ago. As at March 31, Deloitte is OUE REIT’s top commercial tenant by gross rental income, at 6.8%.

The manager of OUE REIT declined to comment as the REIT is in its blackout period ahead of its results for 1HFY2026 ended June 30, which will be released July 22.
Formerly DBS Towers, OUE acquired the two skyscrapers at 6 Shenton Way in 2010 and unveiled a mixed-use development in 2017.
JustCo replaces troubled supermarket chain Hao Mart at Orchard Point, becoming a master tenant under landlord OG. JustCo Place will comprise 40 retail units from the basement to the second floor, a 64,000 sq ft premium JustCo co-working space on levels three and four, and 123 serviced apartment units spanning about 100,000 sq ft under the JustAt brand from levels six to 10.
