Co-working operator Arcc Spaces will open its fourth location here at Bank of Singapore Centre, 63 Market Street, in June.
Taking over space formerly occupied by OCBC, Arcc Spaces will occupy the fifth to seventh floors, totalling 25,782 sq ft — its largest location yet.
Grade-A office completions for 2026-2027 are projected at just one-third of historical demand, says Arcc Spaces in a May 7 announcement. Shaw Towers stands as the only major office completion scheduled for 2026. Newport Tower, slated for 2027, is the only other CBD Grade-A completion on the horizon.
Arcc Spaces says it offers a credible alternative for firms that need the permanence and prestige of a CBD headquarters, without the exposure of a decade-long commitment. Larger firms can engage Arcc Spaces’ in-house design team for custom spatial layouts and branded interiors, maintaining permanent corporate identity within a fully flexible arrangement.

Justin Chen, CEO of Arcc Spaces, says: "In an era where 10-year commitments have become high-risk liabilities, we offer a hospitality-led alternative that prioritises agility over overhead. We believe the office has to earn its place in people’s lives; it must be worth the commute. Our hope is that companies who join us discover that a headquarters can be both a strategic asset and a place their people genuinely want to be. We are enabling leaders to right-size their footprint while maintaining the security of a global headquarters.”
Arcc Spaces opened its 19,000 sq ft One Marina Boulevard location in 2020, its 18,000 sq ft 75 High Street location in 2013 and two floors of an amalgamated shophouse at 99 Duxton Road in 2016.
Outside of Singapore, Arcc Spaces operates three locations in Kuala Lumpur and one each in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Arcc Spaces is a subsidiary of Arcc Holdings, which is led by Chen’s father, Tony Chen.
