Serial Achieva guides for a net loss for the 1HFY2025 ended June 30, according to a release dated July 30.
The net loss is mainly attributable to corporate office expenses, despite improved sales and gross profit from the Malaysia subsidiary and positive contributions from the Thailand subsidiary, which commenced operations in 2HFY2024.
Excluding the exceptional items of US$4.6 million related to the reverse takeover in the prior period, the group is expected to report a lower net loss in 1HFY2025 as compared to the same period a year ago.
