Under its current share buy back mandate, Venture has bought back 138,200 shares to date.
From the recent peak of more than $20 in late April, Venture Corp shares have to as low as $17.41 on Oct 5.
Venture Corp shares closed on Oct 7 at $17.70, up 1.32% for the day.
