Silchester International Investor has taken advantage of a recent gain in Venture Corp's share price to trim its stake.
Silchester has on Jan 29 sold 98,000 shares for $3,240,285.76, or $16.3651 each.
With the sale, the fund manager is left with 22,835,500 Venture Corp shares, equivalent to 7.94%, down from 8% previously.
Venture Corp shares have gained 8.21% in the past month to close at $16.35 on Jan 30.
