Valentine’s Day is just around the corner again, which means love — and date-planning anxiety — is in the air. For those still on the hunt for a romantic meal or quiet getaway next weekend, Pullman Singapore Hill Street has put out a suite of dine and stay options, so you’ll have lots to charm your partner with.
Why this hotel, though? There’s certainly no shortage of reasons. For one, it’s among the newest properties on the block, having just opened in October 2023. This means you’re getting the latest in hospitality tech, from curtains that open up the moment you enter your room, to faucets that dispense filtered drinking water.
Pullman Singapore Hill Street, which clinched the Best Upscale Hotel Development title at last year’s EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards, is also quite the looker, with a design that draws from the Pullman Hotels and Resorts brand’s roots in luxury railway travel. Take, for instance, the lobby — where wall installations feature luggage stacked up high — and the 350 guest rooms, which are modelled after private sleeper cabins.
The five-star hotel’s Valentine’s staycation package runs from Feb 10 to 15. Rates start from $488++ per room for one night’s stay in a Deluxe or Suite room, along with breakfast, as well as a five-course dinner for two at MOGA (more on that below). For an additional $78++, you’ll get a bottle of prosecco and chocolate-covered strawberries; $108++ gets you all that, plus balloons and rose petals to really pump up the romantic vibes in your room.

The restaurants at Pullman Singapore Hill Street are also serving up Valentine’s Day-themed bites.
At MOGA, the hotel’s Japanese-inspired spot, there’s the aforementioned five-course dinner for two. The meal begins with yuzu ponzu-drizzled Miyazaki oysters with umibudo and caviar; you’ll also get a seafood stew with crab, shiitake mushrooms and shrimp, before wrapping up with a raspberry framboisier. For those not taking up the staycation package, the sharing set is available at $108++ for two, from Feb 10 to 15.
Those looking to stir up the mood a little can go for the oyster-tequila shot pairings ($18++) at MOGA, which comes with togarashi for an extra spicy kick.
Right outside MOGA in the lobby is Madison’s, the hotel’s American deli-style eatery. Here, from now till Feb 15, there’s an afternoon tea set ($88++ for two) with a selection of sweet and savoury items. The first 50 guests from Feb 10 to 15, between 2.30pm and 4pm, will also get to take part in a complimentary leathercrafting workshop by Crafune.
At sundown from Feb 10 to 16, Madison’s will offer a themed set dinner ($116++ for two) with a “day-to-night” concept. Look out for dishes like the mini kaya croissants with scrambled eggs, reminiscent of a classic Singapore breakfast.
Up on the roof of Pullman Singapore Hill Street is El Chido. From Feb 10 to 16, the Mexican-themed bar will be serving a trio of dishes ($88++ for two), comprising a comote and pancetta coquette, crab and avocado tostada, and a pineapple and rum cheesecake. There’s also a special Valentine’s Day cocktail; the Raspadura ($18++) is a fruity, sweet concoction of tequila, raspberry foam, citrus, agave and soda.
