The 26th edition of International Real Estate Expo (IREX) and IREX Residency & Citizenship Conclave will be held from May 15 to 16 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
The event is a unique platform for investors to explore international real estate investments and global residency and citizenship-by-investment opportunities. IREX also provides opportunities for investment consultants, family offices, wealth advisors, private bankers and real estate professionals to explore investment options for their clients.
IREX presents investment avenues for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) who intend to invest in international real estate and premium luxury properties. IREX 2026 Singapore will host leading international real estate developers and marketing companies and is expected to draw more than 200 HNWI and discerning investors.
Around 20 companies from all over the world will be offering real estate investment, residency, and citizenship-by-investment opportunities in the US, Dubai, Greece, Portugal, Thailand, Indonesia, Tanzania, New Zealand, Malaysia, St. Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda and more.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a range of premium international properties and immigration programs. The projects and programmes showcased at the event will have an investment size starting from $200,000.
