(Feb 3): Singapore’s tourism receipts rose by 6.5% year-on-year in the first three quarters of 2025 to a record $23.9 billion, on track to exceed its full-year projection of $29 billion to $30.5 billion.

International visitor arrivals reached 16.9 million in 2025, up 2.3% on an annual basis, led by mainland China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia and India, the Singapore Tourism Board said in a statement on Tuesday.

The agency expects arrivals to total 17 million to 18 million for 2026 as travellers visit the city-state to watch performances by Korean pop group BTS, the Formula 1 Grand Prix and tour Disney Cruise Line’s first Asia homeport. The tourism board is projecting tourism receipts of $31 billion to $32.5 billion this year.
