Chua Hsien Yang will replace Koh as CEO from Jan 1, 2025 onwards. Chua joined Keppel in 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate fund management and hospitality industries, including in mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments, business development and asset management globally, says Keppel REIT’s release.
He is currently the managing director and head for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) at Keppel, a role he held since February 2021. Before that, Chua was the CEO of Keppel DC REIT’s manager from 2014 when the REIT was listed, to 2021.
Before that, Chua was senior vice president at the manager of Keppel REIT, where he headed the investment team.

Units in Keppel REIT closed 0.5 cents lower or 0.56% down at 89.5 cents on Nov 1.
