Boustead Singapore says it will be seeking an extension of time from the Singapore ExchangeRegulation (SGX RegCo) to provide updates on its exit offer for Boustead Projects.
SGX has asked both Boustead Singapore and Boustead Projects to let them know their proposal on the exit offer by Oct 26.
