Olam Group’s non-executive director Nagi Hamiyeh resigns; Dinesh Khanna appointed as replacement

Olam Group has announced two changes to the composition of its board with effect from Nov 24.

Nagi Hamiyeh has resigned as non-executive director of the company, and Dinesh Khanna, alternative director to Hamiyeh, has been appointed as non-executive director in his place.
