Ng, 35, is a chartered accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Previously, he was a business development manager at SingHaiyi Group, and prior to that, a senior auditor at Deloitte.
Shares in OKH Global closed 0.1 cents or 5.56% higher at 1.9 cents on March 26.
