GRC, the renamed OKH Global, has won a contract worth $242.7 million to build five new Housing & Development Board flats plus adjacent facilities.
The construction period is 39 months, and is targeted to commence in the second half of 2025.
GRC is made up mainly of the construction business of formerly Chip Eng Seng Corp, which was privatised back in early 2023.
The construction business was then sold to OKH Global for $118.5 million by issuing new shares at 5.252 cents each.
OKH Global was then in property investments.
Along with the new focus in construction, it was then renamed GRC.
