ISOTeam has appointed Yap Soon Song as its lead independent director, with effect from Jan 2, 2025.
According to the group, Yap has the “requisite experience and capabilities” to assume the responsibilities of the role.
Currently, Yap also holds the role of chief financial officer of Yongmao Holdings , which he was appointed in July 2007.
Shares in ISOTeam closed flat at 5.9 cents on Dec 18.
