ComfortDelGro’s group deputy CEO Derek Koh is set to retire at the end of March 2026, amid several key leadership changes announced today.
Koh, who is also the group chief corporate services officer and group chief financial officer, will step down from his role as group CFO on Jan 1, 2026, prior to retiring at end March. He will assume an advisory role from April 1, following seven years with the group.
The current group deputy CFO, Christopher David White will then take over as group CFO. White has been with CDG since 2019 where he oversees group-level finance governance, performance management and integration of finance operations.
The current head of UK point-to-point mobility and CEO of London subsidiary Addison Lee, Liam Griffin, will assume the newly-created role of group chief point-to-point mobility officer.
“The Board views these forward-looking appointments as essential to the ongoing evolution of the group as a leading global multi-modal mobility operator. The internal appointments of the group CFO and the new group chief point-to-point mobility officer allow for continuity and provide the necessary structure to advance our future growth plans,” says Mark Greaves, Chairman of CDG.
Shares in CDG closed 2 cents higher or 1.379% up at $1.47 on Nov 20.
