Venture Corp has announced the appointment of Vertex Ventures Holdings group president and CEO Chua Kee Lock as an independent non-executive director.
Chua is also the CEO of Vertex Venture Management, and holds directorships on seven other companies.

Among those, he is the lead independent director of Yongmao Holdings and Credit Bureau Asia.
Shares of Venture Corp closed at $19.17 on Sep 1, up one cent or 0.05% higher than its previous close.
