According to its annual report, Fortress Minerals does not have a CFO, although the company listed Fionne Chua as its financial controller.
Before this, Chow was group CFO of healthcare group TMC Life Sciences, and CFO of construction engineering firm Vizione Holdings before that.
He has held the position of at least financial controller in six companies since 2012.
Shares of Fortress Minerals closed flat on Oct 13 at 33 cents.
