MetaOptics has debuted at 22 cents on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Sept 9, 2 cents higher than the company’s initial public offering (IPO) price of 20 cents.
During the day, the company’s shares reached an intraday high of 25 cents, with shares trading between 21 cents to 25 cents.
MetaOptics lodged its preliminary offer document to list on the SGX’s Catalist board on July 30.
On Sept 1, the company sought to raise gross proceeds of $6 million and net proceeds of some $4 million with an offer to sell 30 million shares in an all-placement offering at 20 cents per share.
Shares in MetaOptics closed at 24 cents on Sept 9.
