IREIT Global director's deemed interest down following sale

Following the transaction, Pampelonne’s total interest in the REIT dropped to 0.03% from 0.061% previously. 

For the 3QFY2024 ended September, IREIT Global reported an occupancy rate of 89.6%, 0.2 percentage points lower q-o-q from lower occupancies in its Spanish portfolio. 

Units in IREIT Global closed flat at 28.5 cents on Dec 9.
