Centurion Corporation’s non-executive director Han Seng Juan has purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the company off the market for $1.40833 per share according to a bourse filing.
This amounts to $422,499, increasing Han’s stake in the company to 469,031,226 of the total number of voting shares, or 55.785%.
In late September, Han purchased 300,000 shares in two separate transactions on Sept 30 and Sept 29, at $1.467 for 100,000 shares and $1.45563 for 200,000 shares respectively.
Centurion Corporation saw the successful listing of its spin-off REIT Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT) on Sept 25, which raised $771.1 million in the second-largest IPO in Singapore this year.
Shares in Centurion Corporation closed 1 cent lower 0.714% down at $1.39 on Oct 21.
