Centurion Corporation’s executive director and joint chairman David Loh has acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the company via market transaction for $1.28955 a piece on Dec 18.

The shares were purchased for a total price of $257,910, bringing the director’s total interest in the company to 59.816%, and a direct interest of 9.154%. The last time Loh bought shares in the company was in March, when he purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the company for $1.19 a piece.

Meanwhile, Centurion’s Han Seng Juan, joint chairman and non-executive director bought 172,900 shares in the company at $1.296 apiece on Dec 15.

Han’s total stake in the company is 55.83%, including a direct interest of 4.25%.

Han has increased his stake in Centurion Corp, buying a total of 1.65 million shares on six other occasions this year.

Shares in Centurion Corp closed 3 cents higher or 2.34% up at $1.31 on Dec 19.
