Centurion Corporation’s non-executive director Han Seng Juan has purchased another 100,000 ordinary shares in the company off the market, just a day after he purchased 200,000 shares.
Han bought 100,000 shares for $1.467 per share on Sept 30, amounting to $146,700. This has increased his stake in the company to 468,731,226 of the number of ordinary voting shares, or 55.75%.
The board member of Centurion purchased 200,000 shares for $1.45563 per share for a total consideration of $291,126 on Sept 29.
This comes a week after the successful listing of Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT), backed by Centurion, which raised $771.1 million in the second-largest IPO in Singapore this year.
Shares in Centurion closed 0.5 cents higher or 0.8% up at 63 cents on Oct 1.
