King Wan Corporation has completed the proposed placement of 70 million new ordinary shares, thereby raising $3.5 million.
The company on Dec 17, 2025, proposed the placement of 70 million new shares for 5 cents per placement share.
Following the completion, the total issued and paid-up share capital of the company, excluding treasury shares and subsidiary holdings, has increased from 698,353,740 shares to 768,353,740 shares.
The 70 million new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST from Jan 14.
Shares in King Wan closed flat at 6.2 cents on Jan 12.
