Soilbuild Construction Group has won new contracts worth $178.6 million, adding to its total order book which stood at $1.21 billion as of May 31.
One of the contracts is to build a 10-storey multiple-user industrial development at Lok Yang Way.
The company has also won orders to provide precast and pre-fab parts for HDB projects slated for completion by the first quarter of 2028.
Lim Han Ren, Soilbuild's executive director and group CEO says winning these new contracts reflects the company's "unique capabilities" as a green builder and represent continued momentum in its growth journey.
"We aim to scale with value-driven purpose — balancing growth in our order book with disciplined bidding to ensure resilient, quality returns," he says.
