Soilbuild Construction Group has won new contracts worth $158 million, bringing its order book to $1.07 billion.
The recent contracts won include one to build a factory at Seletar West, to be completed by first quarter of 2029.
The company, which has floated plans to spin off its precast arm, has also won contracts to supply a HDB project at Redhill and a dorm at Tuas.
Soilbuild shares closed at $1 on Feb 11, down 0.5% for the day.
