Skylink Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary has recently won new engineering service contracts and signed a new industrial property lease for capacity expansion.

The group secured a maiden service contract with SBS TRansit to supply labour and materials for bus body works for two years, which covers accident-related repair works for buses, under the Ulu Pandan Bus Depot.

It also secured a two year service contract with F&N Foods to provide maintenance, repairs and overhaul (MRO) services for part of its commercial vehicle fleet. The contract may be extended for another year.

Skylink signed a new property lease at Jurong Port Road with an additional built up area of 15,000 square feet (sq ft). The group’s engineering business now operates at about 33,000 sq ft of specialist workshop area in total.

Shares in Skylink Holdings closed flat at 30.5 cents on Nov 20.
